The Tamarind
Spicers Tamarind Retreat’s restaurant, brings a taste of Thailand to the foothills of Maleny. Designed to make the most of the peaceful location, The Tamarind specialises in innovative modern Asian cuisine. Fully licensed restaurant open for dinner, Tuesday to Sunday and lunch, Friday to Sunday.

With sweeping views over the lush rolling hills of Montville and down to the coast. You can spend many lazy hours here! Open for lunch and wine tastings Thursday to Monday, with a brunch menu on Sundays.

A large, beautiful deck overlooking the Kondalilla National Park with good food and live music on Sunday afternoon.
Montvale
A beautiful wedding venue, that is sometimes open to the public for lovely wood-fired pizzas, tap beer and small-batch gin tasting platters. Only open Saturday 12 – 7 pm and Sunday 12 – 3 pm (if not booked out for a private function – make sure you check their website first)

Casual dining in an old-world pub – with a courtesy pickup and drop off service! What’s not to love?

Brouhaha Brewery and Restaurant (20-minute drive)
Brouhaha Brewery is the Hinterland’s independent craft beer located in Maleny. Accompanied by quality, locally sourced food, Brouhaha Brewery is a great spot to settle in with a beer and enjoy the company of great friends.
King Ludwig’s German Restaurant and Bavarian Bar (20-minute drive)
It’s a little slice of Germany in Maleny. German food, beer, music, lederhosen and dirndls!
Mapleton Public House (15-minute drive)
A beautiful old pub with farm to fork philosophy. A small but wonderful seasonal menu & boasts beautiful views of the coastline.
